Delivery Information



You accept the following terms & conditions before placing the order with us.

We will make every endeavour to deliver the products to the recipient with especial care but in case delivery person is not able to reach the recipient due to some limitation Gifts or flowers will be given up to the person as requested by the recipient or customer.

If the shipping address is at residence and the receiver is not found home or the house is locked gifts or flowers will be delivered to the neighbors if they are ready to accept on receiver?s behalf.

Delivery person will not call on provided contact number of the recipient to maintain the aspect of surprise. But in case delivery boy is not able to locate the address or some other problem occurs when contacting the recipient is must, he will have to call the receiver and get the guidelines.

Ensure that all the information been filled in the order form is correct and additional information regarding recipient address, message on card, message on cake or other instructions will be helpful to execute order in suitable way . We will not be responsible for wrong delivery if incorrect information was provided in order form. If sender do not want us to disclose his name and recipient refuses to accept the gifts, refund will not be made.

We could ask customers to pay extra delivery charges if the shipping address is out of our delivery limits. Delivery will be arranged from the nearest delivery point from the shipping address.

Since transportation is involved in the delivery process, we would not give any guarantee for exact time of delivery although you can mention it in the ?Delivery Instructions" segment while filling the order form and we will take best possible care of it. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery, but that cannot be guaranteed either.

Our normal delivery timings starts from 8 am to 8pm. Normal deliveries are done within this time however order can get delayed if uncertain problem occurs during the delivery.

However, since all the service providers in different cities have different delivery schedules, we will be unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery, but that cannot be guaranteed either.

We do not deliver early morning deliveries for cakes since the same have to be procured fresh from the bakery on same day to ensure the quality.

Due to intense Loads of Deliveries, on occasions such as Valentine's Day , Christmas , New Year, Deepawali, Rakhi and Mother's Day, we do not commit any time. In short, delivery times are not certain, despite of any request or otherwise.

After placing order if you want to make any change in the order details, you will have to notify us before 24 hours of actual time of delivery. We would not be able to make any Change once order is prepared.

We endeavor to deliver gifts or flowers as shown in the images however we could not guarantee that gifts or flowers are delivered same as shown in the pictures. Pictures on the website are to indicate the arrangement of products although we guarantee the quantity.

If it is understood that customer has placed the same order twice we will contact to the customer on priority basis to clarify the same. We hold the right to take decision on our behalf if the customer is not contactable.

Non perishable items will be dispatched via courier. Such orders take 3-8 working days to reach its destination depending on the address, availability or other condition. We will provide the courier tracking details if asked.

We will cater to any reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day of delivery only i.e within 24 hours of delivery. The problem report must be supported with considerable proofs of the damage made to the product.
